What We Did Today

Today was all about stations in my Hardcore Cardio class. We did each station for 1 minute and then rested 15 seconds. Enjoy!

Kettlebell (or weight) Swings
Walking Lunges

Sit Ups
Squats
Jump Rope or Jumping Jack
Burbees
Sumo Squat Twists

Dips

Back Extensions/Supermans
Wall Ball Toss
Pushups

Heisman 1-2-3
