Friday Music Love

Who Am I?

I'm a busy mom of three who happens to have a part-time job as a fitness instructor to keep me sane! I've been teaching for nearly 6 years, starting with spin and it's just blown up from there including lifting, water aerobics, step, kickboxing, boxing on bags, yoga, and bootcamp style classes. I've been spin certified for over 5 years, and have my Primary Group Certification through AFAA. I've done extra training in just about everything--the latest being in TRX Suspension Trainers. I'm not gonna lie-those things are awesome! Along this journey, I've gotten into road biking completing a MS 150 from Houston to Austin (the reason behind the name of the blog), competed in a triathlon, and sprinkled in a Warrior Dash, a Race for the Cure, and have a few more fun races in the future! The crazier the race, the better I like it! I love to work out and I love teaching! Seeing results in other people makes my job worth it! Thanks for checking out my blog!
