Warrior Training: Day 4

Lower Body Love!
Three Rounds of the Below Moves:

Step Ups: Alternate legs and go for 20 on each leg.

Deadlifts: 20 reps

Squats: 20 reps

Side Lunges: 20 each side

Dynamic Lunges: (aka jumping lunges) 20 each side
