Going Back to a Basic

I did a move this morning that I haven't done in forever and yet I don't think I've had
my muscles scream so loud in a long time!
You wanna know what that move was?
A BASIC FULL SIT-UP!

Who knew?! 

So here is the workout for today!

16 Full Sit-Ups
16 Basic Crunches
16 Full Sit-Ups
16 Butterfly Crunches (feet together, knees open)
16 Full Sit-Ups
16 Basic Crunches

You abs may hate me tomorrow!
