What We Did Today

Remember this from yesterday?! Well, I basically made my class do it today! My changes:

TABATA 1: JUMPING JACKS

TABATA 2: STEP HOPS

TABATA 3: BURPEE

TABATA 4: SIDE SKATE

TABATA 5: ATOMIC CRUNCHES ON THE TRX SUSPENDER

TABATA 6: TREADMILL/ELLIPTICAL SPRINTS

Then we finished up with the CORE SERIES, ARM SERIES, and BACK SERIES
that is listed! Tell you what, it was BAD! LOVED IT!
