Top 10: Music

I asked around for people's favorite songs, and the best part, I got a lot of random responses!

Some LOVE techno, where others love pop, and then even rap got thrown in there! Love it!

Music has the power to move you and get you MOVING! Find what you love, and make it work! Here's the top 10(ish) and none of the choices I would have ever thought of, but I now love

(and sorry about the songs with language! I couldn't find the cleaner version)!

Who Am I?

I'm a busy mom of three who happens to have a part-time job as a fitness instructor to keep me sane! I've been teaching for nearly 6 years, starting with spin and it's just blown up from there including lifting, water aerobics, step, kickboxing, boxing on bags, yoga, and bootcamp style classes. I've been spin certified for over 5 years, and have my Primary Group Certification through AFAA. I've done extra training in just about everything--the latest being in TRX Suspension Trainers. I'm not gonna lie-those things are awesome! Along this journey, I've gotten into road biking completing a MS 150 from Houston to Austin (the reason behind the name of the blog), competed in a triathlon, and sprinkled in a Warrior Dash, a Race for the Cure, and have a few more fun races in the future! The crazier the race, the better I like it! I love to work out and I love teaching! Seeing results in other people makes my job worth it! Thanks for checking out my blog!
