3rd attempt: 3.2 miles in 41 minutes (wait?! Why am I getting worse?!)
Today was TERRIBLE! I could not keep my breath and my heart-rate was out of control! Sad. Hoping to run at least 2 more times this week. I'm just annoyed that I can kick people's BEHINDS in my spin class, but can't run a mile without feeling like I'm having a heart attack! Ahhh!
