It's been 9 weeks since baby boy Deckland was born and I decided it was high time I start kicking my butt back in shape. I started teaching Saturday and have 3 days a week that I teach, but I wanted to do more, without bringing my new baby to the gym more than needed. Here's where Insanity comes in. Generally it's a 6 day a week routine, but I figure teaching 2 spin classes and 1 lifting class a week, I could skip those days!

Monday I did my first Fit Test. Holy cow that was harder than I expected, and I was sore the next day! Here is the week's workouts:
Monday: Fit Test--Time: 30 min--220 Calories
Tuesday: Spin--Time: 60 min--600 Calories
Bootcamp--Time: 60 min--500 Calories
Wednesday: Body Works--Time: 60 min--350 Calories
Thursday: Plyo Cardio Circuit--Time: 45 min--330 Calories
Friday: Cardio Power and Resistance--Time: 45 min--350 Calories
Tomorrow I teach spin, and then Sunday I'll take off and start the program again on Monday! I'm kind of torn on if I really like it or not. It's hard but not exactly what I expected. I'm intrigued to get through all the videos, and give it a few more weeks to see if I'm getting any results. Here's to hoping!
